The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing jujube seeds provided to automatically remove seeds from jujube. According to the present invention, a flat roller is installed to have a gap in a horizontal direction with a spiral roller having a groove formed in a spiral shape. The spiral roller is joined to a pulley receiving power of a motor and, subsequently, is rotated. Rotational force of the pulley is transmitted to the flat roller through a flat gear. A hopper for inserting jujubes, half-dried and then steamed, is arranged on one side of the spiral roller and one side of the flat roller. Under lateral sides of the spiral roller and the flat roller, a seed discharge hole is formed. Meanwhile, under front sides of the spiral roller and the flat roller, a fruit flesh discharge hole is arranged. A press bar is installed above a space between the spiral roller and the flat roller, comes in contact with an oblique angle protrusion side formed on the inside of the pulley, and moves in left and right directions.
