The element (10) has a layer forming an external layer (11) and another layer partially forming an internal layer (12), where the former layer comprises plastic from the group consisting of polyether block amide (PEBA), polyamide, and elastomer-modifled polyamide and the latter layer contains ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE). The ratio of the layer thickness of the former and latter layers is 3:1. The layer thickness of the former layer and the layer thickness of the latter layer remain essentially constant over the entire length and the entire cross-section of the element.
