PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper diaper allowing a user to easily wear the diaper, or more specifically, to adjust the tightening by one hand.
SOLUTION: The paper diaper has first jointing means 9 and 6 with a belt part 5 extended from one side of the back side and a slit 10 for inserting the belt part 5 on the other side. The belt part 5 is inserted into the slit 10 and folded back, and after that, the distal end part from the folded part is detachably jointed to the proximal end part from the folded part. The paper diaper also has second jointing means 21 and 22 for detachably jointing the inner surface on the abdomen side and the outer surface on the back side.
