A waist belt 1 in which a left body belt 11 is provided with a right fold ring 111 on a right end and a right body belt 12 is provided with a left fold ring 121 on a left end, and the left end of the left body belt 11 and the right end of the right body belt 12 can be connected to and disconnected from each other. A left inner tightening belt 13 is connected at a right end to the right end of the left body belt 11, is passed through the left fold ring 121, folded back to the left, and passed through the right fold ring 111, with a left connecting ring 131 being provided on the left end of the left inner tightening belt 13. A right inner tightening belt 15 is connected at a left end to the left end of the right body belt 12, is passed through the right fold ring 111 and folded back to the right, with a right connecting ring 151 being provided on the right end of the right inner tightening belt 15. A left outer tightening belt 14 is secured at a right end to the outer surface of the left body belt 11 and extended to the right, passed through the left connecting ring and folded back to the left, and is detachably connected at a left end to the left body belt 11. A right outer tightening belt 16 is secured at a left end to the outer surface of the right body belt 12 and extended to the left, passed through the right connecting ring 151 and folded back to the right, and is detachably connected at a right end to the right body belt 12.
