Provided are a light emitting diode (LED) monitoring system included in a plasma sterilizer for sterilizing, in a vacuum, objects such as medical instruments, the plasma sterilizer having the LED monitoring system, and a sterilant cassette containing hydrogen peroxide, and more particularly, an LED monitoring system which uses the on/off and color change of a plurality of LED lamps to indicate the progress of sterilization through the on/off and color change of the LED lamps, a plasma sterilizer having the LED monitoring system, and a sterilant cassette containing hydrogen peroxide in which a plurality of ampules for supplying a sterilant are fixed upright, the LED monitoring system, the plasma sterilizer and the sterilant cassette being provided so that the sterilization and disinfection process can be identified at a glance, the sterilant cassette containing the hydrogen peroxide can be easily transported and replaced, the sterilant can be injected in a fixed quantity, and productivity can be improved (a sterilization cycle can be shortened) by simplifying a sterilant injection process.
