The present invention relates to an imaging catheter which is provided with an optical fiber for illumination and a camera for acquiring an image so that a user can manipulate a workpiece while monitoring an image, wherein the optical fiber and the camera are arranged so as to be spaced apart from the end of a shaft in order to guarantee sufficient illumination so that a clear image can be obtained. The imaging catheter comprises: a shaft (10) which is formed of a flexible material to have a cylindrical shape, with a hollow part (11) being formed inside the shaft (10) along the longitudinal direction a shaft cap (20) on which an optical fiber (70) and a camera (80) are installed, and which is coupled to the front end of the shaft (10) a case (30) which is connected to the rear end of the shaft (10), the case (30) including a driving apparatus (40) for rotatably driving the front end of the shaft (10) and the shaft cap (20) and a protrusion part (50) which protrudes outwardly from the shaft cap (20) and is installed on the rear end of the case (30) so as to be able to control the position of a workpiece (60), with the rear end of the workpiece (60) being fixed thereto, wherein the shaft cap (20) comprises: a front housing (21) having a cylindrical shape with the same outer diameter as the outer diameter of the shaft (10) a housing lens (22) which has a front end surface (22) having a work hole (22") for inserting the workpiece (60) thereinto formed on one side thereof, which is coupled to the front end of the front housing (21), and which is formed in the shape of a cylinder having one closed end, wherein the front end surface (22) is formed of a transparent material, and the housing lens (22) has a size corresponding to the focal distance of a lens provided in the camera (80) and a back housing (23) in which a work hole (23a) for inserting the workpiece (60) thereinto and a camera mount part (23c) for mounting the camera (80) therein are formed, optical fiber mounti
