Catheter apparatuses, systems, and methods for achieving renal neuromodulation by intravascular access are disclosed herein. One aspect of the present technology, for example, is directed to a treatment device including a therapeutic assembly having a central axis and a distal portion and a proximal portion axially spaced along the central axis, the therapeutic assembly including a core element extending from the proximal portion to the distal portion and a heating element (e.g. a direct heating element) disposed along at least a portion of a length of the core element. An energy source provides electrical current to the heating element to cause the heating element to increase in temperature.La présente invention concerne des appareils de cathéter, des systèmes et des procédés permettant dobtenir une neuromodulation neurale par un accès intravasculaire.
