PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraosseous screw configured to receive a columnar portion of a bone.SOLUTION: An intraosseous screw 1 comprises: at least one external thread 2； a receiving element 6 extending into and parallel to the external thread； and connecting means connecting the individual screw threads 4 of the external thread. The or each external thread has capillary through-channels that pass through the screw so as to end in the receiving element. The connecting means defines a plurality of through-openings.
