In the present invention, disclosed are a bone plate, which selectively uses a different type of locking screws, and a bone plate system using the same wherein the bone plate system of the present invention comprises a bone plate, a first locking screw and a second locking screw where the bone plate is formed by an upper surface, a lower surface toward the bone and at least locking hole which is penetrated to the upper surface and the lower surface and has a first internal screw and a second internal screw formed respectively on the upper part and the lower part wherein the inner diameter of the first internal screw is bigger than that of the second internal screw. In the present invention, the first locking screw has a first external screw connected to the first internal screw and a second external screw which passes the second internal screw and is accordingly connected to the bone wherein the second locking screw has a third external screw connected to the second internal screw and a fourth external screw which passes the second internal screw and is accordingly connected to the bone.
