PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cultivation methods which enable commercially artificial cultivation of Boletus that is a high-class foodstuff.SOLUTION: In a cultivation method of Boletus, when Boletus strains are collected and each strain is isolated from the collected Boletus strain group to be cultivated, a strain having ability of generating a young fruit body is selected, ability of generating a young fruit body which the selected strain have is maintained, and the selected strain whose ability of generating a young fruit body is maintained is cultivated to be grown up until a newly generated young fruit body forms a tube. Consequently, Boletus having quality equivalent to generally marketed Boletus fruit bodies is cultivated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
