The present invention relates to a watch type ion implanter for introducing ions of a mask pack worn by a user. The watch type ion implanter comprises: a watch body which has bands worn on the wrist at both sides thereof； a lower plate which forms a lower surface of the watch body and has a hole； a ground electrode which is exposed to the hole of the lower plate to be in contact with the skin when a user wears； a circuit board which is coupled to an upper part of the lower plate, is electrically connected to the ground electrode, and generates a negative potential； and a jack which is electrically connected to the circuit board, has a coupling hole formed in a lateral direction of the lower plate, and receives a connection line for holding a mask pack, wherein the negative potential (voltage) is supplied to the mask pack through the connection line plugged into the jack. With the recent development of smartphones and the research and development of smartwatches, it is possible to derive a variety of diagnostic information from information of the body in contact with a watch in addition to unique functions of the watch. The present invention is suitable for a technology trend of a multifunctional wearable device such as a smartwatch and is able to produce a product by integrating with the smartwatch such that the watch type smart device is able to be extended to a new beauty purpose of ion implantation of the mask pack.
