PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shampoo excellently preventing the occurrence of itching of the scalp even when the amount of a formulated itching-inhibitor is little.SOLUTION: The shampoo is obtained by formulating a surfactant, one or more kinds of the itching inhibitors (A) selected from the group consisting of glycyrrhizic acid and a glycyrrhizic acid salt, and one or more kinds the itching inhibitors (B) selected from the group consisting of 3-succinyloxyglycyrrhetic acid and a 3-succinyloxyglycyrrhetic acid salt.
