PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a visual field by preventing the visual range of an observing window from being shut out by bubbles generated near a gas jetting opening when supplying constant pressure gas via an opening formed in the distal end face of a soft endoscope.SOLUTION: The endoscope has a proximal side operation part, an insertion part constituted by arranging a distal end part, a curved part, a soft part in this order from a distal end side to a proximal end side where the proximal operation part is arranged, wherein the distal end part has a distal end face in which the observing window for observing the inside of a subject is arranged, the curved part is remotely curved and operated by the operation of the proximal side operation part so as to direct the distal end part in optional directions, the soft part connects the curved part and the proximal operation part and is curved in optional directions along an insertion direction into the subject, a gas feeding channel formed in the insertion part, a gas jetting opening communicating with the gas feeding channel and arranged in the proximal end side from the distal end face where the observing window is formed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】軟性内視鏡の先端面に形成された開口を介して定圧ガス送気する際に、ガス噴出口付近で発生した泡によって観察窓の視界が遮られることを防ぎ、視野を確保する。【解決手段】手元操作部と、被検体内を観察する観察窓が設けられた先端面を有する先端部と、前記先端部を任意の方向に向けるように前記手元操作部の操作により遠隔的に湾曲操作される湾曲部と、前記湾曲部と前記手元操作部とを接続し、被検体内への挿入方向に沿って任意の方向に曲がる軟性部とが、先端側から前記手元操作部が配置される基端側に向かって、先端部、湾曲部、軟性部の順で配置されて構成される挿入部と、前記挿入部内に形成された送気チャンネルと、前記送気チャンネルと連通し、前記観察窓が形成された先端面よりも基端側に配置されたガス噴出口と、を有することを特徴とする内視鏡を提供することにより前記課題を解決する。【選択図】図2
