The protective cover comprises: a cover body (10) which is elastic and stretchable to closely cover an exterior of a fomentation device (1)； an opening/closing means (20) which has an entrance/exit (21) on one side of the cover body (10) for entering and withdrawing the fomentation device (1), and is provided with one or more of a magic tape (22) and a zipper (23) on the entrance/exit (21)； an opening unit (30) which has an opening groove (31) having a selvage yarn sewing unit (33) to expose an electric socket (2) and a lamp (3) of the fomentation device (1) on the cover body (10)； and a cover (40) which comprises a magic tape (41) and a high heat blocking pad (43) to protect a body from the electric socket (2) of the fomentation device (1) storing heat while opening/closing the opening groove (31) in the opening unit (30).
