PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture estimation device, posture estimation system, posture estimation method, posture estimation program, and computer-readable recording medium recording the posture estimation program which can estimate a posture of a human body with a small data processing amount.SOLUTION: An image acquisition section 15 acquires image data from image sensors 2, 3 provided in a room. A storage section 6 stores information indicating a transition model of a posture of a human body and examination information indicating an examination area of the image data in each posture in the transition model.
