PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paddy field implement capable of, in a soft filed having a high water content, controlling a mud press to seedlings which are already provided to a paddy field surface, and in the firm field having a low water content, grounding the field in a good finished state.SOLUTION: The paddy field implement includes a traveling unit that includes a work apparatus that has a working range of a predetermined width in a width direction of the traveling unit. The work apparatus includes: the grounding device 11 grounding the working range and a supply apparatus supplying the seedlings along a working line J in a plurality of rows arranged with a predetermined space in the width direction of the travelling unit.
