PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rooftop greening system which can maintain a suitable water condition of a soil layer, even when the soil layer is lightweight and has a small thickness. SOLUTION: This rooftop greening system in which a water-conducting sheet 7 is laid under a soil 8 to supply water from the water-conducting sheet 7 to the soil 8 is characterized by disposing the water-conducting sheet 7 on a draining layer 6 having a draining property, burying a three-dimensional structure net 20 in the soil 8 and disposing fixing metal fittings for fixing the three-dimensional structure net 20 to the rooftop.
