PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material and to provide a method with which plants are delivered in a hardly fall state to a hermetically sealed vessel since plants and a culture soil for growth are hardly delivered to a hermetically sealed vessel without leveling and contaminating them, delivered soil and water are liable to be contaminated and if photosynthesis of plant in a hermetically sealed vessel is promoted, an environment much better than the outside world is adjusted, bad conditions due to sealability is reversed to good conditions, to obtain a material and to provide a method with which activation in a hermetically sealed vessel after delivery is promoted. SOLUTION: Cellular burnt stones 7 and stems 2 and roots 3 of plants 1 are prewrapped in a cylindrical net 4 integrated with a bed net 5 and then the plants 1 are taken in a stable state in a air-filling type hermetically sealed vessel 6. After the cellular burnt stones 7 are added to the top of the bed net 5 and the circumferences of the cylindrical net 4, a soil improving active culture soil 8 comprising a water-soluble dimer iron salt being a compound of ferric iron and ferrous iron such as FFC ace (R) is added in a proper ratio based on the cellular burnt stones 7.
