PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purification filter capable of improving the removal effect of harmful substances and suppressing the local early deterioration of a filter medium in a filter casing.SOLUTION: A wall surface flow blocking member 19, which detours an air flow, passing through the inside of a filter casing 7 while contacting with a side wall inner surface thereof, so that the air flow is blocked from the side wall inner surface at at least a part of the side wall inner surface and so that the path length contacting with the filter medium F is increased, is projected from the side wall inner surface into the filter medium F.
