PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a manufacturing cost while reducing a size and weight by simplifying a configuration concerning a wheelchair loading/unloading device for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A wheelchair loading/unloading device 10 includes: a body 18； a slider 20 arranged in a freely approachable and separable manner along an axial direction with respect to the body 18； and a telescopic motion damper 22 for energizing the slider 20 in a direction to separate from the body 18. Multiple fixing side pulleys 24 are rotatably arranged in the body 18. In the same way, multiple mobile side pulleys 26 are rotatably arranged in the slider 20. A belt 30 extending in an axial direction is alternately disposed over the multiple fixing side pulleys 24 and the mobile side pulleys 26. When repulsive force of the telescopic motion damper 22 is energized in a state where an end of the belt 30 is taken out and fixed to a wheelchair 28, the belt 30 is wound under a transfer action of the slider 20.
