The present invention relates to a complex agricultural and marine product drying apparatus, loading products in a carriage having sequentially stacked multiple trays and heating panels in a scene where agricultural or marine products are harvested to first drying the product and moving the carriage in a drying room having a heating panel on an internal wall to perform second drying, so as to minimize a waiting time after harvest, and thereby producing fresh and clean dry food, and reducing power required for a drying process. In other words, The objective of the present invention is to perform first drying in the carriage in a scene where the agricultural or marine products are harvested, and move the carriage in a dryer, so as to finish drying. The carriage is formed by a rectangular frame with a leg wheel in a lower surface to facilitate moving. A plurality of guide rails are formed in a vertical direction of the frame to overlap and stack multiple trays made of a perforated plate for loading the agricultural and marine products, and multiple flat heating plates close to the lower surface of each layer to emit heat. A blower sucking air from the outside to circulate and discharge the air is installed in the upper part of the dryer.본 발명은 농산물이나 수산물을 채취하는 현장에서 다수의 채반과 발열패널이 순차로 적층된 대차에 적재하여 일차적으로 건조한 후 내측 벽면에 발열패널이 부착된 건조실로 이동시켜 재차 건조하게 됨에 따라, 채취후 대기시간을 최소화하여 신선하고 청결한 건조식품을 생산하게 됨과 아울러 건조가공에 따른 전력을 절감할 수 있게 한 농수산물 복합 건조장치에 관한 것으로,즉, 농산물이나 수산물을 채취하는 현장에서 대차에서 일차적인 건조과정을 거친 후 건조기로 이동시켜 건조를 마무리하기 위한 것으로, 상기 대차는 이동이 용이하게 저면에 다리바퀴를 갖춘 직육면체의 프레임으로 구성하되 상기 프레임의 수직방향에는 농수산물이 적재되게 다공체의 판으로 된 채반과 각 채반의 저면에 근접되어 열을 발산하는 면상발열판을 다층으로 중복하여 적층되게 다수의 가이드레일이 형성되며, 상기 대차를 수용할 수 있도록 전면에 도어가 구비된 건조기의 내부벽면에는 열을 발산하게 되는 다수의 면상발열판을 설치하 건조기의 상부에는 외부에서 공기를 흡입하여 순환되게 한 후 실외로 배기시키는 송풍기가 설치된 것이다.
