PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle capable of achieving safe guide for puncture.SOLUTION: A main puncture needle 1 includes: a tube part 10 a puncture blade surface 11 formed at one end of the tube part 10 at a puncture blade surface angle θ1 to the central axis P1 of the tube part and a guide groove 14 provided on the back side 12 to the puncture blade surface 11 with an inclination angle θ2 to reach a depth intersecting the puncture blade surface 11 from the guide groove starting point 14a of the tube part 10 and also capable of sliding on the outer surface of the tube part of a leading puncture needle 30 punctured and indwelled at a target deep vein position. The guide groove 14 is fitted to the outer surface of the puncture blade surface side tube part of the leading puncture needle 30 punctured and indwelled at the deep vein position and slid toward the tip of the guide puncture needle 30 to perform final puncture, so that the main puncture needle 1 is hard to separate from the leading puncture needle 30 and inhibited from shifting from the target position. Therefore, patients burden caused by again performing the puncture operation of the main puncture needle 1 can be lessened.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】安全に穿刺誘導できる本穿刺針を提供する。【解決手段】本穿刺針1は、管部10と、管部10の一方の端部に、管部の中心軸P1に対して穿刺刃面角度θ1で形成される穿刺刃面11と、穿刺刃面11に対して背面側12に、管部10のガイド溝始点14aから穿刺刃面11と交差する深さに達する傾斜角度θ2を有し、且つ、標的である深部静脈位置に穿刺留置された誘導穿刺針30の管部外表面を摺動可能なガイド溝14と、が備えられている。このガイド溝14を深部静脈位置に穿刺留置された誘導穿刺針30の穿刺刃面側管部外表面に嵌装させて、誘導穿刺針30の先端方向に摺動させながら本穿刺することによって、本穿刺針1は誘導穿刺針30から離れにくく、標的位置からずれてしまうことを抑制でき、本穿刺針1の穿刺操作のやり直し等による患者の負担を低減することができる。【選択図】図1
