PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform X-ray measurement on a plurality of kinds of tissues in an analyte after appropriately setting energy of an X-ray.SOLUTION: In bone density measurement, two kinds of X-rays with different energy are alternately generated in a time-division manner, and the two kinds of X-rays are scanned in a y-axis positive direction with respect to an analyte arrangement space 22. In fat/muscle percentage measurement, an X-ray with the energy smaller than the X-ray used in the bone density measurement is scanned in a y-axis negative direction. In the fat/muscle percentage measurement, the X-ray is scanned only with respect to a region necessary for measurement with opening/closing of a shutter 52. In the fat/muscle percentage measurement, a detection value acquired for the X-ray with the smaller energy in the bone density measurement is used.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】X線のエネルギーを適切に設定した上で、被検体における複数種の組織に対するX線測定を行うことを目的とする。【解決手段】骨密度測定ではエネルギーの異なる2種類のX線を時分割で交互に発生させ、その2種類のX線を被検体配置空間22に対しy軸正方向に走査する。脂肪・筋肉率測定では、骨密度測定に用いられたX線よりも小さいエネルギーのX線をy軸負方向に走査する。脂肪・筋肉率測定においては、シャッター52の開閉により、測定に必要な領域に対してのみX線が走査される。また、脂肪・筋肉率測定には、骨密度測定においてエネルギーの小さい方のX線について取得された検出値が用いられる。【選択図】図2
