PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that enables weeding with respect to a hand scoop for use in transplanting.SOLUTION: Multiple saw blade-shaped notches 1c continued in a predetermined portion are provided along an edge of a blade of a hand scoop 1. The saw tooth shaped notches 1c are provided in the blade, and thereby the weeding work also becomes possible in addition to a conventional transplant work and soil forming work. In the weeding work, the weed is held and the small weed can completely be removed from the ground. Furthermore, if necessary, the weeding by digging up the soil being an original function of the hand scoop is made possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】移植等に用いられるハンドスコップに対し、除草も可能とする方法を提供する。【解決手段】ハンドスコップ１の刃部の縁に沿い、所定の部分に連続した複数個の鋸刃状の切欠き部1ｃを設ける。刃部に鋸刃状の切り欠き部１ｃを設けたことにより従来の移植作業や土の形成作業に加え、除草作業も可能となる。除草作業では雑草を挟持し、小型の雑草の土中より根こそぎ除去も可能とした。さらに、必要であれば、本来のハンドスコップの機能である土の掘り起しによる除草も可能にした。【選択図】図１
