PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethra insertion implement, puncture device, and puncture method capable of safely executing a procedure of easily embedding a bio-tissue support indwelling object in a living body.SOLUTION: A urethra insertion implement 4 includes a long urethra insertion part 41 to be inserted into the urethra, and a marker (a detection part) 46 that is provided at the urethra insertion part 41 and capable of detecting a distance between the urinary bladder 1310 and the meatus urethra 1320.
