A hydrogel based on a γ-polyglutamic acid and ε-polylysine crosslinked polymer. The hydrogel is prepared by crosslinking γ-polyglutamic acid and ε-polylysine, and has a polymer provided with the following structural units, m being a natural number ranging from 15 to 45, n being a natural number ranging from 3900-17000, and x being a natural number ranging from 5 to 40. Also provided are a method for preparing the hydrogel, and a use thereof in preparing a medical wound dressing.La présente invention concerne un hydrogel à base de polymère réticulé dacide γ-polyglutamique et de ε-polylysine. Lhydrogel est préparé par réticulation dacide γ-polyglutamique et de ε-polylysine, et comprend un polymère pourvu des motifs structuraux suivants, m étant un nombre entier dans la plage de 15 à 45, n étant un nombre entier dans la plage de 3900 à 17000, et x étant un nombre entier dans la plage de 5 à 40. Linvention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation de lhydrogel, et une utilisation de celui-ci dans la préparation dun pansement pour plaie médical.
