PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that when harvesting only leaf parts by cutting the stem parts of leaf vegetables cultivated on ridges by a cutting blade, each of the leaf parts can not be collected well because each of the leaf parts is unstabilized when the stem part is cut, and when the cutting blade is arranged at an angle to the upper surface of the ridge, the cutting heights of the leaf vegetables in the ridge width direction are different.SOLUTION: The leaf vegetable harvester is constituted as follows. A harvesting unit U equipped with the cutting blade 31 for cutting the stem part Yb of the leaf vegetable Y, a conveyor belt 41 for conveying each of the cut leaf parts Ya by allowing the cut leaf parts Ya to be put thereon, and a carrying up device 5 for carrying up each of the cut leaf parts Ya onto the front part of the conveyor belt is provided between right and left props 21 and 21 provided in a traveling device 1. The harvesting unit U is provided so that the front side may be moved downward by the deadweight. A ground contacting member 71 for holding the cutting blade 31 at the position near to the upper surface of the ridge is provided in the position near to the front part of the harvesting unit U. The leaf vegetable harvester is regulated so that each of the leaf vegetable stem parts on the ridge may be cut at a uniform height even if the upper surface of the ridge is tilted or the traveling device 1 is tilted by constantly maintaining the cutting blade 31 in an attitude parallel to the upper surface of the ridge.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】畝上に栽培している葉菜の茎部を刈刃で切断してその葉部のみを収穫する場合に、茎部を切断した時点で各葉部が不安定になって各葉部をうまく収集できない。又、刈刃が畝上面に対して角度をもつと畝幅方向の葉菜に対して切断高さが異なってしまう。【解決手段】走行装置1上に設置した左右の支柱21,21間に、葉菜Yの茎部Ybを切断する刈刃31と切断した各葉部Yaを乗せて搬送するコンベアベルト41と切断した各葉部Yaをコンベアベルト前端部上に載せる載せ上げ装置5とを有した収穫ユニットUを設置し、該収穫ユニットUはその前側が自重で下動するように設置し、収穫ユニットUの前部寄り位置に刈刃31を畝上面に近接する位置で保持する接地部材71を設け、畝上面が傾斜していたり走行装置1が傾いたりしても、刈刃31を畝上面に対して常に平行姿勢に維持させることにより、畝上の各葉菜茎部を均一高さで切断し得るようにしている。【選択図】 図
