PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous cosmetic which suppresses uneven spreading after application, has a good spreading properties at the time of applying powdery foundation, and improves make-up deterioration around the facial lines after 6 hours from the application of a powdery foundation.SOLUTION: The invention provides an aqueous cosmetic comprising: (A) 0.1-17 mass% of organopolysiloxane in which poly (N-acyl alkylene imine) segments having an average molecular weight of 1000-40000 consisting of repeating units mediated by alkylene group comprising a hetero atom bind at least two of silicon atoms of the organopolysiloxane segment constructing a principal chain； (B) 0.05-5 mass% of hydrophobically modified polyether urethane represented by the following general formula (5)； and (C) water. The mass ratio of the component (A) and the component (B), (A)/(B) is 0.1-50.
