PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee plastering machine capable of reducing such risk that a top place cover makes contact with an obstacle, and reducing the amount of soil scattering from a top place treatment rotor.SOLUTION: A levee plastering machine 1 includes a top place treatment rotor 41 mounted on a traveling machine body and arranged on the position offset sideward with respect to the travel position of the traveling machine body, for cutting through the top place of an old levee. The machine 1 performs levee plastering work, while traveling according to the travel of the traveling machine body. The top place treatment rotor 41 is arranged so that the extension direction of a rotation center axis 41a intersects with the traveling direction of the levee plastering machine 1, and is covered with a top place cover 47 from the upper portion to the side portion of the rotor.
