The opening 51 is provided with a first positioning portion 66 in which the vertical side of the extension portion 64 side of the connecting portion 42 of the sensor unit 9 comes into contact with the opening portion 51. A second positioning portion 67 is provided on the lower surface of the sensor base 4 so that the upper side of the extension portion 64 of the sensor unit 9 abuts on the outer peripheral side of the opening 51.
