To provide a biological information monitoring system, a biological information monitoring method, and a biological information monitoring program for monitoring biological information of a plurality of object persons by a simple method.SOLUTION: A biological information monitoring system 1000 comprises: a plurality of measuring instruments 100 attached to a plurality of object persons to measure biological information of the object persons； and a portable information processing terminal 200 for an observer, which displays the biological information of the object persons measured by the measuring instruments. On the basis of a transmission instruction transmitted from a terminal communication unit of the information processing terminal, instrument communication units of the measuring instruments 100 transmit biological information of one object person to whom a plurality of measuring instruments having one piece of identification information stored therein are attached, to the terminal communication unit.
