PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of conveying a fertilizer bag onto a sulky vehicle body or to a vicinity of a fertilization device easily without causing a worker to convey the fertilizer bag which is heavy.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter includes: a seedling planting part 10 comprising a seedling tank 8 arranged on a rear side of a sulky vehicle body 4 and a planting device 9 taking a seedling from the tank 8 and planting the seedling in a field and a fertilization device 12 comprising a fertilization hopper 19 arranged on the rear side of the sulky vehicle body 4 and storing a fertilizer and a delivery device 15 delivering the fertilizer from the fertilization hopper 19. On one side front part of the sulky vehicle body 4, a lift arm 61 rotated front and back around a lift arm shaft 60 in a right/left direction as a center, is arranged.
