PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of supplying a stable fertilizer application amount.SOLUTION: A sulky seedling transplanter 1 comprises: a planting device 52 which is installed at the rear side of the traveling vehicle 2 and transplants a seedling in a field and a fertilization device 5 which is installed at the rear part of the traveling vehicle and supplies the field with fertilizer. The fertilization device 5 comprises: a fertilization hopper 160 which stores fertilizer a delivery roll 113 which unloads the fertilizer supplied from the fertilization hopper 160 by a given amount and a fertilization shutter 140 which is slidably arranged at a bottom part of the fertilization hopper 160 to switch whether the fertilizer is supplied to the delivery roll or not.
