PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyedrop medicine compounded with pranoprofen, in which precipitation and white turbidity are not caused even when chlorobutanol is used as an antiseptic agent and the chlorobutanol is stably held over time.SOLUTION: The eyedrop medicine is produced through (a) a step to dissolve the pranoprofen by adjusting the pH to &ge6.5 with a pH adjuster to obtain an aqueous solution of pranoprofen, (b) a step to add a water-soluble polymer, sugar, sugar alcohol or their aqueous solution to the aqueous solution of pranoprofen and homogeneously mixing them, (c) a step to adjust the pH of the aqueous solution obtained by the step (b) to 5 to <6.5 with a pH adjuster, and (d) a step to add the chlorobutanol to the aqueous solution obtained by the step (c).COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の目的は、プラノプロフェンを配合した点眼剤に、防腐剤としてクロロブタノールを用いても、析出や白濁が生じず、さらにクロロブタノールが経時的に安定に保持された点眼剤を提供することにある。【解決手段】下記の工程(a)プラノプロフェンをpH調整剤でpH6.5以上に調整して溶解し、プラノプロフェン水溶液を得る工程、(b)水溶性高分子、糖類、糖アルコール又はそれらの水溶液をプラノプロフェン水溶液に加え、均一に混合する工程、(c)工程(b)で得られた水溶液をpH調整剤を用いて、pHを5以上6.5未満に調整する工程、(d)工程(c)で得られた水溶液にさらにクロロブタノールを配合する工程により製造された点眼剤。【選択図】なし
