PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic solution wherein pranoprofen and a cationic drug are compounded, which stably contains chlorobutanol over time and does not result in precipitation of pranoprofen nor clouding even when chlorobutanol is used as an antiseptic.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic solution with a pH of &ge5 and &le6.5 wherein pranoprofen and the cationic drug are compounded is prepared through (a) a step wherein an aqueous solution of pranoprofen is obtained by adjusting pH of pranoprofen to &ge6.8 with a pH adjuster and dissolving pranoprofen, (b) a step wherein the cationic drug or its aqueous solution is added to and uniformly mixed with the aqueous solution of pranoprofen and (c) a step wherein pH of the aqueous solution obtained in step (b) is adjusted to &ge5 and &le6.5 with a pH adjuster.COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI【課題】 本発明の目的は、プラノプロフェンとカチオン性薬物を配合した点眼剤に、防腐剤としてクロロブタノールを用いても、プラノプロフェンの析出や白濁が生じず、さらにクロロブタノールが経時的に安定に保持された点眼剤を提供することにある。【解決手段】 下記の工程(a)プラノプロフェンをpH調整剤でpH6.8以上に調整して溶解し、プラノプロフェン水溶液を得る工程、(b)カチオン性薬物またはその水溶液をプラノプロフェン水溶液に加え、均一に混合する工程、(c)工程(b)で得られた水溶液をpH調整剤でpH5以上、6.5以下に調整する工程、により製造されたことを特徴とする、プラノプロフェンおよびカチオン性薬物を配合し、pHが5以上、6.5以下の点眼剤。【選択図】 なし
