PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and labor in replenishing a medicine, and to efficiently keep concentration and quality of the medicine to be administered.

SOLUTION: An internal medicine delivery device 1 comprises: a storage container 2 which stores the medicine, in which movable valves 3, 4 are formed at prescribed positions, and has a flow passage 6 for making the medicine flow through between the movable valves 3, 4 a pump 5 which is arranged inside the storage container and transfers the medicine from the movable valve 3 to the movable valve 4 in the flow passage 6 and a replenishing mechanism 7 which is arranged inside the storage container 2 and replenishes the medicine. The replenishing mechanism 7 includes: a hole 34 for supply which is connected to the flow passage 6 at the side of the movable valve 4 a hole 36 for discharge connected to the flow passage 6 at the side of the movable valve 3 and an insertion hole 32 which interacts both the hole 34 for supply and the hole 36 for discharge, and extends from the inner part to the outer part of the storage container 2.
