PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition that can improve nutritional state and has excellent anti-obesity effects.SOLUTION: The composition of the present invention is an oral composition containing a green leaf processed product and a high molecular weight polysaccharide. The value of Line Spread Test when adjusted to a solution in which the composition is dispersed or dissolved in water so that the solid content is 10% by mass or more and 15% by mass or less is 25 mm or more and 60 mm or less.
