PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which comprises covering the bony parts left after a fresh fish with dry rice bran for preventing excess moisture in order to give a protein to the rice bran, steaming under a cover of the rice bran, steaming using residual heat until moisture is lost, subsequently mixing with a fermented rice bran okara, and fermenting in a sealed state.SOLUTION: A hen's egg is laid by a chicken grown up by feeding a feed obtained by sufficiently boiling or steaming over many hours, such as cooking at least the bony parts left after a fresh fish only with a moisture of a fish without adding water, covering the fish with rice bran to the degree in which the fish is disappeared at the time when the fish meat changed into white, steaming under a cover of the rice bran, further steaming using residual heat after stopping a fire until moisture is lost, and then mixing with at least fermented rice bran okara and fermenting in a sealed state so as not to allow air to enter. Disclosed are a confectionery produced by mixing the hen's egg, a cattle grown up with the feed, and a chicken manure thereof or a swine manure thereof.【課題】水分過多を防ぐために乾燥した米糠を使用し、魚の粗で蛋白を与えるべく、米糠を被せ、糠蓋をして蒸し煮にし、余熱で水分が無くなるまで蒸してから、発酵糠おからと混ぜて密閉した状態で発酵させる。【解決手段】少なくとも魚の粗を、水を加えないで魚の水分だけで煮炊きし、魚の身が白く変化した時点で、魚が見えなくなる程度まで米糠を被せ、糠蓋をして蒸し煮にし、さらに火を止めて余熱で水分が無くなるまで蒸すことで、時間をかけて充分に煮たり蒸したりしてから、少なくとも発酵糠おからと混ぜて、空気が入らないように密閉した状態で発酵させてなる飼料を与えて成育した鶏が生んだ鶏卵である。この鶏卵を混ぜて製造した菓子や前記飼料で成育した家畜やその鶏糞肥料若しくは豚糞肥料である。【選択図】図3
