PURPOSE: A mesh composite for an operation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain the flexibility, intensity, and lightness of mesh. CONSTITUTION: A mesh composite for an operation comprises a mesh layer(11) for an operation and a polyglutamic acid cross-linked body layer(12). The mesh layer for an operation and polyglutamic acid cross-linked body layer are bonded to each other. A biodegradable adhesive polymer layer is formed between the mesh layer for operation and polyglutamic acid cross-linked body layer. The polyglutamic acid cross-linked body layer is mixture layer in which polyglutamic acid cross-linked body and biodegradable adhesive polymer are mixed.본 발명은 메쉬의 유연성, 강도 및 경량성이 유지되면서도 유착 방지 효율 및 생체적합성이 우수한 다층 구조의 수술용 메쉬 복합체 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
