PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level difference detection device capable of accurately detecting a level difference on a road.SOLUTION: A level difference detection device 10 mounted on a wheel-chair having a front wheel and a rear wheel, comprises a level difference detection part 13 which acquires a pitch rate detected by a gyro-sensor 4 for detecting the pitch rate of the wheel-chair and detects a level difference on a road on which the wheel-chair travels and passes based on the acquired pitch rate.
