PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and an implant for treating an aneurysm, and a method for manufacturing and/or using the same. The implant can be used as a flow diverter to treat an aneurysm. The implant may include a stabilizing frame to secure the implant and an occlusive element to divert blood flow from the aneurysm neck. The stabilizing frame can have two parts, the first part is sized to secure within the aneurysm sac and the outer part is relative to the region of the vessel wall adjacent the aneurysm neck. Dimensioned to be fixed. The occlusion element may be attached to the inner frame and positioned to occlude the aneurysm neck. The implant can have a central node that can be positioned near the center of the aneurysm neck, with the inner frame attached to the outer frame at the central node, with the inner and outer frames extending from the central node.
