The implants described herein can be used as flow diverters and can generally include a plurality of twisted struts extending from a central node. The twisted struts can be twisted along the long axis of each strut. The implant can have a proximal portion attached to the central node and extending radially from the central node. The twisted strut can have a distal portion. The long axis may be disposed between the proximal and distal portions of the twisted strut. The implant may have a crushed configuration to be delivered through the catheter into the aneurysm.
