The present invention provides a conveyor apparatus for harvesting cultured oysters comprising: a driving roller in one side driving by electric power； a vertically moving roller in another side； and a conveyor belt rotating by the driving roller and the vertically moving roller and wherein lifting nets are formed at regular intervals. The conveyor apparatus for harvesting cultured oysters further comprises: a support frame formed in both sides to support the conveyor apparatus； a reinforcement frame in the horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions formed to reinforce the support frame； a fixing frame fixing the conveyor apparatus to the upper part of a raft with axial bond to lean to the driving roller for rotation of the conveyor apparatus； a certain length of exterior case formed in the exterior of center of the support frame； a certain length of interior case inserted in the exterior case and formed in the exterior of bottom of the support frame to be guided up and down； and a hydraulic cylinder formed in center of the conveyor apparatus to move up and down the interior case from the exterior case.
