The present invention relates to a new strain of Schizochytrium sp. having the ability to produce squalene in large amounts, the methods of producing lipid compounds of interest using this strain, and the products and compositions prepared with this strain.La présente invention a pour objet une nouvelle souche de Schizochytrium sp. présentant la capacité de produire le squalène en grande quantité, les méthodes de production de composés lipidiques d'intérêt utilisant cette souche, ainsi les produits et compositions préparés avec cette souche.
