PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip in which a structure of a deviation prevention mechanism of surgical instruments is not complex, a movement operation during operation is facilitated, and cleaning is easy.SOLUTION: A clip is configured as follows: a shape of a clip body 1 is substantially a circular arc-shape or substantially an elliptical arc-shape having notches the vicinity of the notch part is formed projecting outward grooves for sandwiching columnar surgical instruments such as an endoscope, treatment instruments and a trocar 4 are provided in the middle of the notch part the clip is fixed to the surgical instruments by the endoscopic surgical instruments being held into the grooves the clip is integrally configured with a material having elasticity, and is durable and has high detergency a chain or wire 3 or the like is passed through a plate 2 with a hole and the inside of a portion serving as a spring of the body and the plate is fixed on the body surface of a patient by using a tape and a surgical thread, etc. Thereby, drop prevention of the body and deviation prevention of the trocar become possible.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】手術用器具の逸脱防止機構の構造が複雑でなく、手術中の移動操作が容易であり、洗浄が容易なクリップを提供する。【解決手段】クリップ本体1の形状は切欠きを持つ略円弧状または略楕円弧状であり、切欠き部近傍は外側に突出した形になっており、切欠き部の途中には、内視鏡や処置具やトロッカー4などの円柱状の手術用器具を挟み込むための溝を設け、内視鏡下手術用器具をこの溝に挟み込むことで、手術用器具にクリップが固定され、クリップは弾性を持つ素材で一体構成され、丈夫で洗浄性が高く、チェーンあるいはワイヤー3などを、穴の開いたプレート2と、本体のバネとなる部分の内側に通し、プレートを患者の体表面などにテープや手術用糸などを用いて固定することによって、本体の落下防止およびトロッカーの逸脱防止が可能な構成とする。【選択図】図6
