The present invention provides a system and a method for electronic medical operation navigation using a splint, capable of obtaining an accurate registration result in a short period of time with a low cost. In addition, the present invention provides the system and method for electronic medical operation navigation using the splint, capable of performing a precise medical operation by reducing a registration error. To this end, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the system for electronic medical operation navigation using the splint includes: the splint fixed to teeth of a subject, and having at least three grooves； a reference image generating unit for generating a reference image of the subject to which the splint is fixed； a magnetic field generating unit disposed adjacent to the subject to generate a magnetic field； a surgical instrument having a receiver for sensing a position within a range of the magnetic field； and a control unit for tracking a coordinate of the at least three grooves in the reference image and a coordinate of a tip of the surgical instrument to be inserted into the at least three grooves, and matching the coordinate of the reference image and the coordinate of the surgical instrument.본 발명은 짧은 시간에 적은 비용으로 정확한 정합 결과를 획득할 수 있는 스프린트를 이용한 전자식 수술 내비게이션 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 정합 오차를 줄여 정밀한 수술이 가능한 스프린트를 이용한 전자식 수술 내비게이션 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명의 일 실시예는 대상의 치아에 고정되며, 적어도 3개 이상의 홈이 형성된 스프린트, 상기 스프린트를 고정한 대상의 기준 영상을 생성하는 기준 영상 생성부, 상기 대상에 인접하게 배치되어, 자기장을 발생하는 자기장 발생부, 상기 자기장 범위 내의 위치를 감지하는 수신기가 구비된 수술기구, 상기 기준 영상에서의 상기 적어도 3개 이상의 홈의 좌표와 상기 적어도 3개 이상의 홈에 삽입될 시 상기 수술기구의 첨단의 좌표를 각각 추적하여, 상기 기준 영상의 좌표 및 상기 수술기구의 좌표를 일치시키는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프린트를 이용한 전자식 수술 내비게이션 시스템 및 방법을 개시한다.
