The tactile sense generating device for a medical simulator comprises a tool unit, a living body model unit, a high-frequency sense generating unit, and a control unit. The tool unit corresponds to a surgical tool used in a living body. The living body model unit includes an inserting unit and a treating unit. The inserting unit is formed on the circumference of an inserting port to be rotated by inserting the tool unit inside through the inserting port formed on one side of a surface of the living body model unit. The treating unit is formed on one surface positioned on a surface or the inside of the living body model unit, and corresponds to an affected unit coming into contact with the tool unit. The high-frequency sense generating unit is touched to the tool unit and applies high frequency vibration for generating a tactile sense to the tool unit. The control unit is positioned outside the living body model unit, and controls a vibration degree of the high frequency sense generating unit.
