PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device capable of improving efficiency in image reading and to provide a display program.SOLUTION: A medical image display device includes an input circuit, an image generation mechanism and a display control function. The input circuit accepts an input operation in a different direction. The image generation function generates a display image obtained by changing a parameter value related to generation of a medical image according to an operation amount of the input operation in a first axial direction, and changing a display position of a subject included in the medical image according to the operation amount of the input operation in a second axial direction.
