PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic photographing device by which the work of confirmation can be efficiently performed and a speedy operation can be done.SOLUTION: In the X-ray fluoroscopic photographing device 1, when a picture displayed on a first monitor 29 is operated by a remote controller 43, an image processor 21 performs image processing on the basis of operation signals output from the remote controller 43 and a line picture is drawn on a fluoroscopic image or a shot image which is displayed on the first monitor 29. In this manner, an operator OP doing an operation can draw a line picture on a first display which is arranged in a separated place. By drawing lines, the operator can express arbitrary shapes such as figures, characters or the like.
