PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement assisting hanging device constituted so as to enable a person to be cared himself to transfer by his own strength.SOLUTION: The movement assisting hanging device 1 is constituted of a main support 3 erected from the support base part of the floor surface on the foot side of a freely liftable caring bed 2 in a freely rotatable manner and having the extension part approximately extending toward the parson to be cared from the upper part of the main support 3 to be arranged above the bed, the body hanging tool 4 suspended on the end part side of the extension part of the main support, a pair of the guide supports vertically provided from the floor surface on the foot side of the bed so as to hold the main support and extended toward the person to be cared above the caring bed over appropriate length and the circular arc-shaped guide arm 6 constructed across a pair of the guide supports so as to traverse the extension part of the main support. The guide arm 6 is constituted so as to be grasped by the hands of the person 5 to be cared suspended by the body hanging tool to obtain reaction force to thereby rotate the main support 3 centering around the support base part 7 thereof.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】要介護者自身が自力で移乗できるようにした移動補助用吊り具吊り具を提供する。【解決手段】昇降自在な介護用寝台2の足元側の床面の支柱基部から回転自在にして起立させ、その上部から要介護者の方へ適宜に延設され前記寝台上に配設される延設部を有してなる主支柱3と、前記主支柱の延設部の端部側に懸架される身体用吊り具4と、前記寝台の足元側の床面から前記主支柱を挟んで立設されるとともに前記要介護者に向けて適宜長さで前記介護用寝台上に延設される一対のガイド用支柱と、前記一対のガイド用支柱に前記主支柱の延設部を横切って架設される円弧状のガイドアーム6とでなり、前記ガイドアーム6は、前記身体用吊り具で吊り下げられた要介護者5の手で掴まえて反力を得ることで前記主支柱3をその支柱基部7を中心に回転させることができるようにした移動補助用吊り具1とする。【選択図】図1
